I am receiving the following message suddenly on my Outlook 2016: HTTP Error 401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied The system has been working up until now no problem

This can be due to a recently changed password so that the CRM plug-in is still using the old credentials. Try logging out and back in. Try [b]gpupdate /force[/b] at a command prompt Try rebooting the computer Try awaiting the next active directory sync. and having another go.
