| On my thinkpad laptop the mouse arrow keeps becoming a scroll bar instead of an arrow. I have reinstalled Windows afresh and it is still happening. I did see a post that showed I should untick the mouse option 'hide mouse arrow while typing' which sort of worked but I am still seeing the issue a lot and it sometimes stops the mouse arrow working completely. Is this a driver issue? Can I disable thew driver somehow? Do I need a new mousepad? |

| OK so in the end it was an easy fix, just not quite the one I had tried - just do this: Use the start menu search for mouse and find [i]change the mouse pointer display or speed[/i] [attach]74[/attach] When you are at this page tab: [attach]75[/attach] untick [i]Enable Trackpad[/i] And the problems should be gone but the mouse and trackpad still work fine..? |
