| Dell latitude powers on then off straight away. Latitude 7440 Fans go for about a second then all the lights go out and fans stop. I have tried: [list][*]different PSUs CMOS battery removal and holding power button w/o battery or power docking station[/list] I cannot change the BIOS because it does not power up!
