| standard2021volume is already installed and activated. To activate proplusretail, contact your admin We have had 2016 office volume license on our RD desktop server for some time but now it identifies itself as being LTSC 2021 and shows as unlicensed even though no one appears to have updated it. What has happened and can we restore our old license back? Our old license is a volume license, no pro plus retail, so why is it saying this |

| These details are based upon what you inserted into your configuration.xml file and decide what the product is called and how it is licensed. You will need to remove and reinstall the office with the correct details in the configuration.xml file and make sure that the product name and other details are correct. |
