| Does anyone know what an 0xCAA82EE2 error means? It appears to fail to connect to Office 365. |

| Check your firewall - we had to allow HTTP Proxy through our DrayTek 3900 which had always worked fine but there must've been a recent update to Office which was affecting some uers even though they were all using the same version of Outlook on an RD server so go figure...? |
