| What is it about certain users? They seem to have more problems than everyone else put together. Every Wednesday when they arrive they cannot connect to the server. We have: [list][*]Put up a sign saying do not interfere with this desk [*]Replaced the computer pretty much every week [*]Made sure that the computer works the previous evening only to find that the user had given up and gone home the next morning as they could not connect [*]Changed the networks connection [*]Changed the mouse and keyboard [*]Watched and waited and see that they still cannot connect[/list] What can we do? |
