| Try resetting your internet options in Control Panel. In particular look at the domains and sites you have set-up in the Intranet Zone under security settings and try removing the CRM domain and resetting the Intranet Zone security settings. It tends to be the 'log in using my current user name and password' that causes this behaviour. If you get no joy then try removing the CRM host and domain from Intranet and Trusted Zones and restting the zone security setting in Internet Options on both zones. It may take a long time to open the first time after doing this so see what is happening in TaskMgr.exe before you shut it down from taking too long. |

| Remove the CRM domain from intranet security settings in this case. |
