| I am getting the 'the data file was not closed properly' message since installing CRM 4.0 client. I read that this is connected to Outlook thinking that another program had the file open after Outlook closed which I imagine is CRM 4.0. The CRM client will not let me exit until after Outlook has been closed and so I am unable to verify that this is the problem. I am on Rollup update 3 for CRM 4.0 on server and client. SG |

| This error wil appear every time an add-in of outlook takes longer to shut down than Outlook itself - have you tried a new rollup version - i think that they're on version 7 at time of writing. |
