It appears a certificate has been deleted from your system and can no longer be found. Some posts are matching this error to DropBox but it may just be a certificate that was in use has been removed by a user or process.

Yes the DbxSvc service would most likely be the DropBox service I imagine. Why would it have lost a certificate though?

Dropbox service stopping due to a missing certificate could just be an expired certificate within the local service or it could mean that your dropbox service encountered the wrong certificate - perhaps due to DNS or proxy or WIFI portal or something. Check internet connectivity and restart the service or if the internet is fine try updating your DropBox client service to get a new client certificate.
