I have an Office 365 account that is only partially used: [img=https://www.sircles.net/downloads/mailboxusage.png]Office 365 Mailbox Usage Indicator Page[/img] The outlook data file C:\Users\%username%\AppData\local\Microsoft\outlook\[email protected] - 0365.ost has reached the maximum size. To reduce the amount of data in this file, permanently delete some items that you no longer need. This must be because of the shared folders I have open - can I use a separate OST file for those?
