I think it was either: 2020-08 cumulative update for windows 10 version 1903 for x-64 based systems (KB4574727) or 2020-09 Cumulative update for .NET Framework 3.4 and 4.8 for Windows 10 Version 1902 for x64 (KB4576484) that did it.
