Windows 7 Issue - according to Microsoft there was an issue with the ISO but this is a factory installed Toshiba Laptop? Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected. Well that workaround appears to suppress the error, so if the error itself bothers you, then it is rather pointless. If it is just the event log that perplexes you, then that workaround will solve it.
