Hello, I have successfully logged in to my Remote Desktop Server session, but following that, I cannot use the keyboard at all, it just doesn't respond. What can I try - I have unplugged/replugged etc.

Get your admin to sign you out of the session or try signing out using the mouse only if that is working. I mean 'sign out' by the way and not just close with the x at the top of the screen.
