We have an issue with an internal autodiscover on an Exchange 2007 system whereby when a user account is being configured the Outlook client begins the autodiscover but ceases after the fist tick and adds =SMTP:[email protected] to the email address and doesn't underline the email address. If you replace the server url with the IP address and click [i]check name[/i] then it will underline. It makes no difference if you use the netBIOS or full internal DNS name. What part of the autodiscover DNS is broken do you think?
