| Does anyone know why we are seeing this: The Office365 activation window appears but then after you type in your email address the windows for Office365 activation is blank. It never prompts for the password and if you exit out using the cross top right then your spread sheet or document appears as normal. It is a huge delay for all the users though.... |

| Just to say that this is on a terminal server Windows 2012 R2 RDS server and even if we run this user's office as admin in their profile we see the same thing.... |
